Unpaid overtime at University of Western Sydney

The CPSU/PSA generally advises members against working back or taking work home unless members get their proper entitlements, such as overtime pay or hours of work credited to their flexisheets.
At UWS the CPSU has a workload monitoring claim on the table - stopping unpaid work now will help us get this claim through..
There is also a big issue of double standards - while members are battling to get decent pay rises and are pressured to get work done using their own time as well as the bosses time, the management have obtained some handsome pay rates and conditions..
