DADHC agrees to talk on Community Living Award12 February 2008The PSA had advised members of a Dispute Notification lodged with the Industrial Relations Commission against DADHC (Please refer to PSA Bulletin dated 7th February 2008). As a result of our action, the Department has agreed on record to hold urgent meetings with the PSA to discuss the Community Living Award proposal. These meetings are scheduled to take place late this week. The Department has also agreed again on record that no aspect as outlined in their Community Living Award bulletin dated February 2008 will be implemented.
