Commerce Flexible Hours Agreement to go to ballot of members.

The PSA and Commerce have negotiated a new flexi agreement. The proposed Agreement would transfer members currently covered by the following agreements the proposed (single) Agreement (attached below):
- Commerce Flexible Working Hours Agreement - which covers most employees in the Department
- Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2006, Clause 21 Flexible Working Hours - which covers senior officers in the Department
- NSW Department of Lands and Water Conservation Flexible Working Hours Agreement 1997 - which covers Corporate Shared Services, previously in the Department of Natural Resources.
- Office of Fair Trading Inspectors Flexible Working Hours Agreement
- Office of Industrial Relations Flexible Working Hours Agreement
- State Records Flexible Working hours Agreement.

The new agreement will be put to a ballot of members which is scheduled to begin in the week beginning April 14.
