Stop the Sell-Off campaign lobbying push

The electricity privatisation bills, Electricity Industry Restructuring Bill 2008 and the Community Infrastructure (Intergenerational) Fund Bill 2008, are due to be debated in the NSW Parliament next week. They were introduced on May 15.

The Stop the Sell-Off Campaign is asking all opponents of privatisation to intensify their lobbying of Members of Parliament, either by ringing them, visiting them or emailing/faxing them.

In particular, a priority list of 14 Labor MPs has been identified for extra effort.

We are also asking members to lobby the Liberals and Nationals. You can either send messages to Coalition Leader Barry O'Farrell at LOP@parliament.nsw.gov.au , or your own member -- click for contact details.

You can email the 14 "priority" Labor MPs by using the template on the Stop the Sell-Off campaign website.

The email goes to all 14 MPs. You can amend the basic message as you wish.
