Dignity and Respect Charter

The Unions NSW Dignity and Respect Charter, first published in 2004, has been updated to take account of the new policy Dignity and Respect: Policy and Guidelines on Preventing and Managing Workplace Bullying.

The policy was negotiated between the NSW Government agencies and public sector unions & Unions NSW. The PSA played a prominent part in the policy's development.

The updated Dignity and Respect Charter is attached.
